Makki Elfatih

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Makki Elfatih founded Hkdolts in 2021, after more than 15 years of strategy and transformation work in tier-1 consulting, to advise leadership teams at the intersection of financial markets, regulatory policy and emerging technology, and to build the capability those decisions require.

He is the core architect of the AI disclosure assertion published in the C2PA 2.4 specification; chairs the Standards Register and the Use Case Task Force at the Metaverse Standards Forum, where he also sits on the board; serves on the Trust Over IP steering committee and co-chairs its Ecosystem and Governance Working Group; chairs the Delegated Creator Taskforce of the Creator Assertions Working Group; and chairs DEI at the Alliance for OpenUSD. He is credited on Bretton Woods Committee policy briefs on global liquidity and stablecoins, contributed to the Global Blockchain Business Council’s Global Standards Mapping Initiative, and is a contributor to the Trust Registry Query Protocol at Trust Over IP and to the HATPro travel standard at the Decentralized Identity Foundation. He is an Honored Listee of Marquis Who’s Who.
