The Leadership Trajectory Assessment

Most leaders navigate complex organizations without a diagnostic framework. The assessment gives you one, then helps you act on it.

Diagnose

A 360° assessment scores your environment in five directions, calibrated to your career level.

Strategize

An AI advisor turns your scores into a counter-playbook with specific moves for each direction.

Execute

Weekly goals and an incident log keep the playbook in use and build a record of what happened.

Advance

A progression scorecard reads your scores, goals, incidents and impact, and writes your report.

Three career levels

Each level has its own questions, calibrated to the political complexity of the role.

FoundationEntry-level management

Build self-awareness, map your environment and set your baseline.

NavigatorMid management

Build a playbook for every relationship direction and turn risk into leverage.

ArchitectSenior and executive leadership

Work at board level and win the mandates that define a career.

Five relationship directions

Each direction gets its own risk score and its own section of the playbook.

  • Upward: your managers and senior leaders
  • Downward: your direct reports and junior staff
  • Same team: peers in your immediate team
  • Across the organization: peers in other units and partners
  • Clients: external clients, sponsors and stakeholders

From assessment to program

The assessment is free. When you submit your final report, it goes to the Leadership Elevation Program team, and you receive a copy by email. The report is an initial view: if you join the program, the team refines it to your level and your goals.
