Risk, Resilience and Sustainability

Understand exposure, and prove alignment, before capital is committed.

Is risk designed in, and can alignment be proven, before capital moves?

Our perspective

Boards, investors and regulators now expect risk to be quantified and sustainability to be evidenced. We design both into the decision itself, instead of auditing them on afterwards.

01

Disclosure regimes are being rebuilt, not retired

Europe proposed a structural overhaul of its sustainable-finance disclosure rules in November 2025, while the US SEC ended its defense of climate disclosure rules in March 2025. Investors need a standard of evidence that holds under either regime.

02

Evidence, not assertion

A review of more than a thousand studies finds the link between corporate sustainability and financial performance is more often positive than negative, and strongest where it is measured. Alignment has to be proven to be valued.
